startmenu Podcast REMASTERED 001 - New Games, New Format

HOORAY, WE’RE BRINGING BACK THE PODCAST.

I explain it a bit at the top but we are trying out some new stuff with return of the podcast, so here’s the pitch:

Each episode will feature either me or Ordhrán Johnson as host and we’ll be joined by two other startmenu writers, people new to the industry, and/or folks with unique/underrepresented perspectives. The final seat will be filled out by an experienced industry veteran. From journalists, to influencers, to developers, PR, and anyoen else inbetween. If they have been around the block we’ll have the chat with the industry’s young blood.

The idea is that each week we’ll have an interesting conversation by having people thave have had wildly different life experiences and spent different lengths of time in the industry. Hopefully this will let up-and-coming folks work with experienced pros, let the old guard see what the kids think, but above all else start some good conversations.

Every two weeks a new podcast will go live focused on a different topic. Maybe we’ll talk about that week’s discourse, or problems facing the industry, or just play and game or watch a video game movie and break it down. But it will always be fresh and it will always be fun!
